Hot Chocolate

Here are 3 ways to make a Hot Chocolate

Method 1 (Café)

1. Pour 200mls of milk into a milk steaming/frothing jug
2. Then add 25gms (3 teaspoons) of Belgian Hot Chocolate blend
3. Now steam both milk and chocolate together until desired temperature is reached
4. Serve and dust with chocolate (if desired)

Method 2 (Café)

1. Pour 200mls of milk into a milk steaming/frothing jug and heat
2. To an empty mug or cup, add 25gms (3 teaspoons) of Belgian Hot Chocolate blend
3. Now add to chocolate 50mls of heated milk and stir until dissolved 
4. Top with remaining milk, stir and dust with chocolate (if desired)

Method 3

1. To an empty mug or cup, add 25gms (3 heaped teaspoons) of Dutch Chocolate blend
3. Now add to chocolate 50mls of hot water and stir until dissolved 
4. Top with hot water, stir and serve

White Chocolate

Here are 2 ways to make a Hot White Chocolate

Method 1 (Café)

1. Pour 200mls of milk into a milk steaming/frothing jug and heat
2. To an empty mug or cup, add 25gms (3 teaspoons) of White Chocolate blend
3. Now add to white chocolate 50mls of heated milk and stir until dissolved 
4. Top with remaining milk, stir and dust with chocolate (if desired)

Method 2

1. To an empty mug or cup, add 25gms (3 heaped teaspoons) of White Chocolate blend
3. Now add to white chocolate 50mls of hot water and stir until dissolved 
4. Top with hot water, stir and serve (for a creamier taste, add hot milk)

White Chocolate Mocha

1. Pour 175mls of milk into a milk steaming/frothing jug and heat
2. Into an empty mug or cup, extract 1 shot of espresso
3. Add to espresso 25gms (3 teaspoons) of White Chocolate blend and stir
4. Now add heated milk and dust with chocolate (if desired) 

Chai Latte

Here are 3 ways to make a Chai Latte using either skim, lite, full cream or soy milk

Method 1 (Café)

1. Pour 200mls of milk into a milk steaming/frothing jug
2. Then add 25gms (3 generous teaspoons) of Chai blend
3. Now steam both milk and Chai together until desired temperature is reached
4. Serve and dust with cinnamon (if desired)

Method 2

1. First heat/microwave 1 cup of milk until desired temperature is reached
2. To an empty mug or cup, add 25gms (3 generous teaspoons) of Chai blend
3. Now add to Chai 50mls of heated milk and stir until dissolved 
4. Top with remaining milk, stir and dust with cinnamon (if desired)

Method 3

1. Pour 250mls of milk into a saucepan
2. Then add 25gms (3 generous teaspoons) of Chai blend and stir
3. Now heat contents using stovetop until desired temperature is reached
4. Serve and dust with cinnamon (if desired)
