1. Pour 100mls of Mango Nectar into a measuring jug
2. Add to this 25mls of Passionfruit and pour into blender
3. Next add 60gms (one third of a cup) of Vanilla frappé blend
4. Now add 1 mango cheek
5. Then add 1 heaped cup of ice
6. Now blend for 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth
Makes a single 420ml serve, or two servings sized 210ml.
